Debt Collection Support

Clean Up Your Ledger
Many of our clients find that their own in-house credit control team are able to focus on recently due debt, whilst we at CreditAid manage the accounts which are more than 30 days overdue. This will maximise the productivity of your own collection team, whilst we take on the aged cases, which are the most time consuming, on your behalf. We work with you and your customers to remove any barriers to payment, including dispute management and resolution. Our inbound and outbound collection activity includes automated contact by SMS and email, followed by individually tailored collection letters and, where required, solicitor’s letter.
Solicitor’s Letter
Where your own robust practices have been followed, you may require a Solicitor’s Letter Before Action service. Our in-house legal team at CreditAid are able to provide a cost effective service. To further reduce your costs, we are also able to offer a telephone collection service, prior to legal action being commenced, thereby avoiding the need to instigate costly legal proceedings.
